What skills-set are needed for placement?

If your skills-set, qualifications, licenses & certifications experience line up with the state requirements and our client’s request, our consultants will begin your interviewing process, pre-screening, and your career objectives before moving forward. Some assignments, you are required to take a skills assessment, background check & drug screening testing. We also inquire about your pass work environment, which allows our consultants to place you in the right work environment that would allow you to grow in your profession.

Rather you’re looking for Permanent, Temp, Travel, Contract or Flexible, our consultants work with you and our clients to place you on the right assignment that fits your skill-sets, or work with you on upcoming assignments. Upon acceptance of an assignment, through your orientation and/or training, our coordinators will assure that you have an overview of your work assignment, job responsibilities, client contact information and driving location. Any full-time client offer to candidates, HSC will negotiate on your behalf, your salary, benefits and other rewards packages on you.

HSC only place medical profession in clinical and non-clinical positions.

HSC primary objective is finding you the right opportunity, with the right job duties that fit your skills-set. Placement depends on your skills-set, qualifications, and interests which will determine if you are a good fit for our clients’ needs, if so, one of our consultants will contact you to discuss the next steps in the placement process.

Working with our clients may sometimes take longer than expected to reach back out to you, we asked that you please be patient, we will contact you with as soon as we are able to move forward with your application process. In some cases, due to our volume of candidates application submission, we are not able to personally respond to all applicants, but your information will be secured on file and we will notify you if the right opportunity presents itself. In the meantime, new job opportunities are posted on our website daily, so keep checking back!

How long can an assignment last?
Depending on the client’s needs. A client may request a day assignment or as long as needed. Our consultants will keep you posted and always informed on the duration or extension of the assignment. You can be accepted or decline any assignment offered by HSC and it’s consultants.
How often can I work?
Unfortunately, No assignments nor hours are guaranteed, unless you have a signed agreed contract between candidates, client, and HSC. Placement always depends on whether your skills-set, experience, and aptitude fit the client’s set expectations and your work availability.
What do I do when the assignment ends?
It is important to contact our consultants when your assignment ends so your work status can be updated with your availability for future assignments.
How do I get paid?

Our standard workweek is a 7 day work period beginning each Monday at 12:01 am and ending Sunday at midnight. Timesheets should be turned in weekly, on Friday, or Monday, not later than 12:00 noon. Associates are paid on a weekly basis, typically the first Friday following the end of the preceding workweek.

There are some exceptions, depending on the circumstances.
